I am delighted to connect with you all again in this already quite spectacular New Year. The pace  and speed of this often mesmerizing time has picked up, and here at Medica Nova a wave of new beginnings has arrived. The freshness of a new cycle in time is percolating with life-giving oxygenated bubbles throughout the grounds at Medica Nova as well as my body.

I started teaching the new and exciting course "Being & Living Quantum Healing" at the University of New Mexico and just submitted another comprehensive course "Thriving With Homeopathy" for the Fall Semester. Both courses will be available to the general public very soon. Stay tuned here!

As we are still transitioning and adapting to a very new energy field around us, we continue to clear out and improve our external lives as well as our interior terrain of optimal health. To enhance this process of cellular regeneration and rejuvenation, we need ENERGY.

WHAT IS ENERGY?
Let's take a brief moment and try to understand the concept of ENERGY. It all starts with ENERGY! Humans, animals, plants, and everything else connected to this planet Earth are all vibrational beings infused with energy. Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration and all forms of energy are constantly moving. 
 
WE ARE ENERGY AND ENERGY IS EVERYTHING!
 
This ch'i or prana is responsible for all our life processes, mental, emotional, and physical. The condition of "having energy" is never created anew, and never destroyed, only passed from one object to another. In this way, energy is unique among conditions. ENERGY is always in movement. 
 
In Chinese Medicine, a sick person is described as "having a congested energy", and a healthy person is described as having a "circulating flowing energy". You are flowing...
 
Your body needs cellular energy to live, breathe, act, feel, think and digest your food. Cellular energy provides the muscle power to walk, the ability to sleep, and to support all the body's incredible daily functions. Without cellular energy, nothing works!

When the cells work at their optimal capacity, all our tissues, organs, and glands also work to their best and highest level. When our cells feel energized and alive, they commu- nicate with all the other cells in the body, creating an incredible network system of youthful vitality and adaptability. But this social network and interrelationship within our cells is profoundly interrupted when we are ill, as the cells just don't feel like talking anymore. Sound familiar? So, where in the body is all this energy created? Inside your cells are specific power-generating organelles called mitochondria. These powerhouses are necessary for the life of each cell within the body (except red blood cells), and each cell can contain over 2,500 mitochondria in its single nucleus that work tirelessly to keep us alive and healthy. A lack of cellular energy is synonymous with cellular aging, which means aging prematurely or becoming ill. Without an efficient cellular energy production, the body has a tendency to retain toxins, because it simply does not have the energy to burn them up, chemically alter them, or otherwise support the detoxification process.
