Executive Presence
LisaMarie Smith worked in the financial services industry for more than a decade. During her first ten years in financial services she worked to "fit in." Black suit, shirt- and to quote her, "dark."
This is the opposite of Executive Presence.
When LisaMarie left financial services and started her own business she decided that she wanted to change her presence as well as her profession. She now works with an image consultant to shift from "dark" to "color" and she exudes Executive Presence. It's her unique executive presence - colorful and bold.
