A customer called Marge to compliment her and her company on the successful implementation of the project. The customer also gave Marge several good ideas for future projects. Marge took careful notes during the conversation and wrote up a report for her supervisor.

At the next division meeting, the supervisor shared the rave review - and took all of the  credit for the success.


1. She can stay silent and seethe.
2. She can go to the supervisor and ask that they give credit to her and her team.

When the supervisor shared the information, she could have spoken up and mentioned how much she enjoyed working on the project and proud she was of her team.
