As I  write this, we are one day past a heavy snowfall that mostly shut down Metro-Denver.  The sun is shining, the snow is melting, and yet another beautiful day is headed our way.  The masthead of the Denver Post used to say "Tis a privilege to live in Colorado". It "tis" indeed, and a privilege to have you as an audience for my ramblings about the need to plan for the day when, if we but live long enough, all of us will need long term care.  With that cheerful thought, let's look forward to the beauty of springtime in the Rockies...it's just around the corner.
