Backing Research Inspiring Hope Defeating Cancer |
|
Counting . . . On Progress, On Purpose
| |
With summer finally upon us and kids out of school after an endless countdown, we are counting our blessings that the I Back Jack Foundation continues backing research, inspiring hope, and moving toward a day when beating cancer will be within our reach. Until that time arrives, we plan on making each day count.
As the I Back Jack Foundation steps into summer, we have no desire to see the days slip by any faster than they already do, but we are counting down to September and the most important awareness month of the year for childhood cancer. Exciting events like the 6th Annual Back to School Event and innovative projects like G9 are around the corner. We are counting on you to help us continue our mission and give children with cancer the opportunity to count on many more summers remembered and dreams fulfilled.

T.E.A.M. -- Together.Everyone.Achieves.More.
|
The I Back Jack Foundation is proud to be partnered with the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer), Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and the Medical College of Wisconsin in spearheading a nationwide effort of partnership and progress. While Mother Nature takes care of turning the leaves gold in September, our team is working to promote and grow the awareness for Gold in September in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The loving idea of Annie Bartosz first announced last year, the Gold in September (G9) Project is growing in support for the importance of recognizing childhood cancers and the deep need for awareness, advancement, and funding. Aimed at helping every child, everywhere, the I Back Jack Foundation is a proud affiliate of the G9 Project along with our other partners with which we share a common mission and a common goal . . . find cures, save lives.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame!
|
In honor of her dedication to the I Back Jack Foundation and in recognition of her entrepreneurial spirit in creating the Gold in September (G9) Project, Annie Bartosz will be throwing out the first pitch at the Milwaukee Brewers v. Cincinnati Reds game on Saturday, September 13 at Miller Park in Milwaukee!
Our golden girl will take to the field while she takes aim at putting the spirit of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in everyone's hearts. The Back to School Event auction on September 8 will be offering a great opportunity to be a part of the game and the crew gathering to cheer on Annie! Save the date and stay tuned for more information on how you can join us and be part of the fun.
Many thanks to Shay Froemming of Froemming Realty for generous donating this opportunity to Annie in an effort to support her awareness efforts for childhood cancer.
