You may have heard the exciting news. Spectrum Business, Time Warner Cable Business Class, and Bright House Networks have come together to form a new company.  As our valued Partner, we want to provide you information about what this means to you, both now and in the future.

Our new company will be providing advanced communications and cloud services to over one million business customers, and we are one of the largest communications services providers in the country and the largest provider in many major cities that we serve. 

But we don't intend to stop there.  Over the next 4 years we plan to make significant investments to expand our commercial network. Our greater scale will offer business customers advanced technology and product innovations to address the growing demands for increased bandwidth, scalability, reliability and mobility. In addition, we will be implementing best practices across the new integrated company to support our continued focus on delivering industry-leading customer service and support.

SERVICE CONTINUITY

As you might guess, our long-term vision will take time to execute due to the complexities of combining our three companies.  In the immediate term, your services won't change as we work in the background and prepare to deliver the benefits enabled by our combined companies.   So for now, you can expect to have the same experience with our partner support teams, online, on your customer's bill, and if applicable with your services with no changes or disruption to your business.

UP-TO-DATE COMMUNICATIONS

As we prepare for future changes, we intend to keep you informed by sending you important updates.  Our goal is to perform changes with transparency and operational excellence, and we encourage your feedback during this process.  Your current assigned Channel Manager will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks to answer any questions that you may have regarding the new company.

We are also providing similar communications to your Spectrum Business and/or Bright House Networks and/or Time Warner Cable Business Class customers and you can access spectrum.com/merger for the latest integration information and updates from an end-user customer perspective.
