Time Warner, Charter, Comcast, and other cable companies can actually vary dramatically in their process of quoting. 

We will qualify each site to make sure cable is available at that location. Coax and fiber is not ubiquitous like copper,  and frequently there are no cable facilities available at a specific site.   When this occurs, the cable companies will incur and often forgo a set amount of construction costs at no additional charge to the customer. 

 

 

Once you are ready to place your order, email [email protected] to request paperwork.   Requests will be internally forwarded to our orders department at [email protected].  Orders will assemble the paperwork and deliver an email contract by e-signature to your customer, or directly to you to forward to your customer.  You also have the option of printing, completing, and returning the unedited paperwork if customer is not comfortable utilizing the e-signature process.
 

 

After signature, the completed paperwork will be sent to [email protected] where it is filed, processed, and managed until install.  Agents will receive updates on the progress of the order through final installation. All update requests or change orders after the original contract submission should be directed to this email address.

 

We normally receive compensation from the carrier 2 months after install.  All partner commissions are paid out on the following 15th commission run.

Incentive for Comcast service only. Services must be sold at standard rates. Comcast reserves the right to exclude agent from incentive program if they are not in good standing according to their contract commitments. Comcast reserves the right to exclude agent from the incentive program and withhold SPIF payments if Comcast determines in its sole discretion that the agent has submitted fraudulent orders. Comcast reserves the right to exclude agent from the incentive program if the agent's cancel ratio exceeds 25% in any fiscal month. All qualified contracts must be signed, submitted and order accepted during incentive period. New lines of business only count toward goal. Normal residual commission rates apply. Solutions Providers with Master, Direct, VAR, FOS, and Etailer signed contracts only are eligible for this program. Comcast reserves the right to charge back SPIF payments if orders accepted during eligibility period and used for SPIF payment calculations cancel at a future date. Comcast reserves the right to reclaim incentive payments if terms and conditions are not met or if early termination of services occurs. Comcast reserves the right to change or cancel the program without notice. Any Comcast-provided equipment must be returned in good working order. Events Recap and Looking Forward

 

09.15.14 - Cloud Partners 2014: Fusion successfully exhibited at the Cloud Partners show in New Orleans and were pleased to meet with existing partners and new partners, alike. During the show, Fusion Management, marketing and sales staff discussed recent rebranding efforts. For the first time in a tradeshow environment, the company introduced it's completely re-designed logo, website and domain, www.fusionconnect.com, reflecting the unity of its brands and its comprehensive, integrated cloud solutions portfolio. Fusion Cloud Unified Communications (UC) was a major topic as the demand for these services increases. The Fusion team also highlighted their leading partner program and benefits including the current spiffs and promotion programs.


02.27.14 - Channel Partners 2014: NBS, the Business Services division of Fusion, exhibited at the Channel Partners Expo this past February discussing the details of its new promotion initiatives to partners in booth #7031. Also announced were two fully-featured, SIP-based cloud communications solutions targeted at companies seeking to avoid deploying or replacing a traditional PBX: Cloud Voice and Cloud UC.
