Robinson Ranch Road Is Getting a Makeover In an effort to keep your drive safe and clean, Robinson Ranch Road will be getting a makeover. Improvements include the installation of a new sidewalk, curb ramps, cross-gutters, asphalt pavement, slurry seal, catch basins, pavement striping, and synthetic turf. Construction will begin in December 2012, and will affect Robinson Ranch Road between Briarwood Lane and Raintree Lane, with intersection reconstruction at Pennington Lane, Winchester Drive, Cimmaron Lane, and Shadow Rock Lane. Work is anticipated to take approximately 30 working days to complete. During construction, access to and from Robinson Ranch Road, Pennington Lane, Winchester Drive, Cimmaron Lane, and Shadow Rock Lane will be maintained at all times. However, during the peak construction activities, there could be delays. The contractor's work hours will be between 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this project. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact Joe Parco, Principal Engineer, at 949.635.1813.
