Dear partners,
Three days, this is the perfect lenght to discover Siem Reap and the fascinating Angkor Temples that surround. This was the time that required for Focus Asia Thailand's team to discover (or rediscover) some places that enrich and delight a trip to this region of Cambodia. These are my own personal views which I hope you'll enjoy reading.
Mahob Khmer Cuisine
An intimate and secluded place close to Charles de Gaulle Street, the Mahob Khmer Cuisine, created by a young entrepreneur chef. Once owned by a Governor of Angkor, the restaurant now offers one of the finest Khmer food in Siem Reap. Small in size, it offers several areas: terrace, indoor dining, and garden with a tranquil water and greenery outlook. Just like its menu, the Mahob staff will meet all your expectations with a local touch.

Apsara Theatre
Owned by the famous Angkor Village Hotel and Resort, Apsara Theatre offers a traditional Khmer dance show in the pavilion located in front of the hotel. This is the perfect opportunity, after so many majestic ruins; admire the living expression of the Khmer classical ballet. Treat yourself to a refined banquet while delightful Apsara dancers perform for you in the sumptuous surroundings of a traditional construction Vihear - woodwork dark red paint and old gold - engineered from scratch by the two creators magicians Angkor Village. Five different dances are performed every evening after dinner
