The Chapter P.J. Party was totally awesome !! We hope the practitioners enjoyed their services, food and comraderie !! We held it on Saturday, April 16th only, as the practitioners schedules did not allow us to do an additional day of wellness. Our next planned P.J. Wellness Party will be Friday, May 20th. Still getting feed back from practitioners if this day will work. If you are member practitioner and would like to participate in the next one, do shoot us an email. You certainly won't be disappointed and quite rejuvenated !
As result of this P.J. Party, the practitioners will be hosting a 1-Day Introductory class for an upcoming workshop tentatively on June 11 or June 12th, 2016 from 10a to 6p. Based on feedback of attendees, it will be followed by a 4-week workshop entitled: "Womb Trauma & Imbalanced Lifestyles." During the introductory class, we will review all the particulars of this upcoming workshop for those women in need to Womb Wellness. Sounds interested? We will have an eventbrite link shortly !!
We would like each women to share and invite a sista-friend to enjoy this awesome journey of wellness. The seating will be limited so email us if you would like us to save you a seat. Our beloved, Master Tony Rogers, was involved in an accident last month. He was released from rehabilitation and wanted everyone to know he is ok. Below is his updated status report !!!
Master Tony Rogers is out & about but taking life slowly. Do take heed to his words to take health seriously and not take for granted. Above is an article I written a few weeks ago during a difficult period of his rehab. After meditation this article came to him and helped me through that difficult period. After it was published he got a number of emails and calls from people responding positively. This allowed him to appreciate a reason for his challenge and wants to share it.

This annual event transpires outside the Adam Clayton Powell Office Building on 125th Street in Harlem. We as a community, can show our appreciation to all our Harlem Senior Citizens. The Chapter participates each year offering complimentary wellness services and literature to our Seniors for the day. Many of the local stores donate food, beverage, products and services to our beloved Harlem Seniors. It is a wonderful event which also includes music and dance held dear to them. I await an official flyer from Senator Perkins office, but in the meantime, SAVE THE DATE !!!

It was a wonderful weather day despite the early morning chill and attendance increased as the clouds allowed the sun to shine through brightly! We thank you for your generous support in promoting this event through your various media formats: WHCR 90.3 FM New York radio; the Harlem Community Newspaper of the Harlem News Group; the online e-blasts of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, and the Afrikan Holistic Health Chapter of New York. About MutShat Shemsut/Gianprem
MutShat Shemsut/Gianprem is a Ra Sekhi Kemetic Reiki Master, Teacher, Level 3, Reiki having studied with Master Teacher Rekhit Kajara Assata Nebthet in Oakland, California. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. After eight years of practice, she began study with Krishna Kaur in Los Angeles, receiving her Level 1 certification in 2008. Level 2 certifications were acquired under lead trainer Gurucharan Singh Khalsa in Espanola, New Mexico and at Kundalini Yoga East in New York, with Sat Jivan Singh and Sat Jivan Kaur. She is a certified Y.O.G. A. for Youth teacher. MutShat gives her clients the benefit of both transforming modalities, assigning personalized Kundalini yoga meditations to address individual needs as determined by the Kemetic reiki sessions. MutShat believes that it is her purpose to assist others in their elevation even as she elevates herself.
