Thank you for a fun filled Dunk Tank Day on Thursday, November 15th in support of our annual Fall Fundraiser. It was a huge success. Fall Fundraiser donations are still being accepted until November 21st. Please drop off payment in the North Tustin Parent Association box in the front office. 8th Grade Guest Speaker
On Friday, November 16th, the North Tustin 8th graders had the privilege to meet Uduak Ntuk, a 2012 Democratic National Convention delegate representing California's 47th Congressional District. Mr. Ntuk came to deliver a presentation for the class, speaking about the electoral process, becoming a party delegate, and determining party nominations for president. In addition to being a delegate, Mr. Ntuk is also a petroleum engineer with the city of Long Beach. Pictured with Mr. Ntuk are 8th graders Brian D. and Meghana K.

CHOC Toy Drive
The spirit of the holiday season is underway and it's time for our 13th Annual Toy Drive starting Monday, November 19th and ending Friday, December 14th. This event is in its sixth year at North Tustin and is part of our character development program. We are asking all our families to help us by donating a toy for a boy or girl who is in CHOC - Children's Hospital of Orange County. These children would truly benefit from receiving a special gift on Christmas morning and all year long.
Due to infection control and in order to protect the patients, the toys MUST be NEW and UNWRAPPED. The toys will be picked up at school by Judy Coderre from our business office, and her friends from the Orange Coast Harley Davidson's Chapter. They will come to the North Tustin Campus on Friday, November 14th, from 11:30-12:00 pm by motorcycles to pick up the toys.
If you would like to donate a toy for a patient at CHOC, please drop it off in your child's classroom Toy Drive Box beginning on Monday, November 19th until December 14th. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity. For more information about CHOC please see website:
