Total sales for the second quarter 2011 were $66,000 compared to $14,600 for the 2010 second quarter.

During this quarter we have established a collaborative relationship with General Electric (GE) for the analysis of pharmaceutical grade water for endotoxin.  GE is supplying the detection technology platform for the use of BioDtech, Inc. licensed peptide technology.  We also envision the use of this rapid detection method for monitoring fluids administered to patients in critical care units.

We have submitted a phase I SBIR to NSF to fund the initial proof of principle for the development of this detection technology in collaboration with GE.

We are continuing to work closely with Amgen on the development of a clinical assay for endotoxin.
