Dear Shareholder,
BioDtech, Inc. is transitioning from an early start-up to the next phase of our development. The company will continue to develop new products and services for the pharmaceutical industry and market directly through the internet as well as qualified distributors. We will begin to report our revenue on a quarterly basis as a monitor of market acceptance.
Total revenue for the first quarter 2010 was $15,000 compared to $3,000 for the 2009 first quarter. We continue to add new customers as well as increasing sales volume from established accounts.
We have introduced our new product EndoPro™ which combines both the detection and removal of endotoxin from protein based therapeutics in one kit.
We have applied for a Department of Defense STTR grant with Southern Research Institute for monitoring drinking water using temperature stable enzymes.
