  Greetings!

There's been so many sad news stories bombarding us lately. The world is a scary place and these are frightening times. While "peace on earth" is literally impossible to achieve on this planet (there will always be some sort of balance of good/bad), we can at least make a personal intention to share goodness with others so that peace can triumph the wicked.

Think of ways that you can add more peace or love into your life because when you do, you're bound to pass that on to others. That's the beauty of practicing love, it has a life of it's own and only wants to spread. A really simple way to spread love is to just recite the word silently in your mind. Whenever I hear of a sad news story, or see someone who's having a bad day, or have a negative thought, or someone pissed me off (teehee)...I take a moment and just silently recite, "Love. Love. Love." Sometimes

I'll even visualize sending some love to another person struggling. It's an incredibly rewarding practice that everyone benefits from!  I promise. Give it a try and spread the peace that we so desperately need right now.

Wishing you joy, peace, good health and lots of love.
Happy holidays!

Did you catch Anderson Cooper's brief segment on mindfulness meditation earlier this month on 60 Minutes? It warmed my heart! I love seeing things like this in the media. Please take a few moments to check out how he put down his mobile device to meditate and report on what it's like to try to achieve "mindfulness," a self-awareness scientists say is very healthy, but rarely achieved in today's world of digital distractions.

So enlightening! Happy meditating.
If you want to learn how to meditate, I love teaching others how to! I've been practicing since I was 13 years old. Contact me for more information.
