Remember Encuentros? ...the annual conference produced by Chilean students at different major universities worldwide? Encuentros has now merged with ChileGlobal, and this year the conference is taking place in Rotterdam. ChileGlobal is an international network of empresarios, professionals, and post-graduate students, living outside of Chile, yet interested in making professional contributions to their country of origin.

Encuentros ChileGlobal Rotterdam 2015
Developing Sustainable Futures
Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 12:00 PM -
Friday, July 10, 2015 at 7:30 PM
(CEST)
Rotterdam, Netherlands

The Encuentros Chile Global Rotterdam 2015 Conference seeks to advance a clear vision of what Chile's sustainable development should look like.

Its premises are that this vision can strongly benefit from the dialogue between Chileans in Chile and abroad and that the Netherlands is a particularly productive context for this discussion.

Our mission for the three days of the conference is to generate a genuinely rich environment for interaction and discussion.
Various topics that are at the core of Chile's sustainable development will be addressed in an interdisciplinary and interactive way. The aim is to contribute to the development of a broad and rich vision of Chile's sustainable future.

You may recall Encuentros 2011 held at UC Berkeley. Here's a link to my write up of the UC Berkeley conference, from Chile Lindo's Newsletter Archives.
