Teach For All The Global Network for Expanding Educational Opportunity
Susana Claro, a Chilean Civil Engineer and currently a PhD student at Stanford University, is co-founder of Enseņa Chile, a branch of the Teach for All network. She has worked with schools in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and has collaborated with teachers from India, Bulgaria, Pakistan well as other countries. She is learning from these exceptional teachers how to offer economically disadvantaged students the best educational opportunities possible. Her vision is to bring this knowledge to the rest of the teaching community--this is her motivation for organizing this thought-provoking panel discussion.

"Thousand Layers Cake"
This recipe is an amazing, authentic Chilean cake. Each hojarasca (pastry dough) is individually baked, layered with manjar (dulce de leche) and then sprinkled with fresh, locally grown chopped walnuts.
A Chilean Classic Cake!
