 Chile Lindo Delicatessen & Coffee Shop, located at 2944 16th Street in San Francisco's Mission District, specializes in artesanal, fresh baked Chilean Empanadas. Paula Tejeda, aka The Girl from Empanada, has
made it her mission to promote Chile's national dish... as reported on May 2009, in  Bay Area Bites: "For the past 10 years, ... Paula Tejeda has been quietly working her own brand of business development and cultural exchange, one empanada at a time, in San Francisco's Mission District."
