The following is a reminder notice for the FIRST AGC 3 Gun Action Shoot, from AGC Action Shooting Chairman, Paul Shinol.

When:   Saturday August 27th Time:  9:00 am till 3:00 pm
Where:  AGC 200 yard range  
Cost:   $ 10.00

The Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore is hosting its first 3 gun shoot on August 27th. Bring your pretty black rifles, shotguns and pistols and test your skills.

3 Classes: Iron sights only (all guns), Optics (on rifle), Unlimited (ported barrels, optics on shotgun or pistol, shotguns with capacity over 8 rounds).

This is a friendly, no pressure, fun competition with some small prizes to keep it interesting.

Open to all AGC Range Badge Holders and their supervised guest

AMMUNITION:
1)  Shotgun ammo: 1200-1300 FPS (feet per second) or less  #7 � , 8 or 9 lead shot only
2)  Rifle. 3000 FPS or less, No steel jacket ammo or armor piercing, no magnum  rounds, no slings. (AR-15s with 16"-18" barrels are fine).
3)  Pistol ammo: Most calibers 380 to 45. No  magnum rounds. no steel jacket ammo
4)  Bring minimum 100 rounds of each ammo.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED and SUGGESTED:
1)  Ear Protection (Mandatory)
2)  Eye Protection (Mandatory)
3)  ECI for all guns (Mandatory)
4)  Suggested: Belt Magazine holder for pistol, shell holder for shotgun shells
5)  Shotguns such as used in 3 gun are suggested but bring your Pump shotgun, Hunting shotgun
Riot gun to get started.
6)  Semi auto pistols are suggested but revolvers are also acceptable.
7)  Kydex or Polymer pistol holsters are required. Some loaner holsters will be available.
8)  AR type rifles are recommended .223 or .556 but other will be allowed if Match Director approves them. Please email us to approve various rifles or ammo.

NOTES:
  • Half year badges are available only for first time purchases and then only after July 1st.
  • Family badges are available to family members of yearly badge holders. Additional restrictions apply, please contact the lower range house for details. Lower Range House phone:  410-461-8532
In addition, volunteer hour credits will be adjusted so that 40 hours of volunteer time equates to 1 full year badge. Therefore, volunteer hours will equate to $4.00 per hour for 2016.

Renewing Members must bring their current AGC Range Badge, 2016-2017 Club Membership Card In-Good-Standing, and Driver's License/State Issued Photo ID, to be issued a 2016 sticker.

New Members must bring their signed Range Orientation Affidavit*, 2006-2017 Club Membership Card In-Good-Standing, and Driver's License/State Issued Photo ID.

Individual Range Badge Processing: members possessing 2016 Club Membership Cards In-Good-Standing will be processed according to published dates on the AGC Event Calendar. Please call the office to confirm dates/times.

*Verbal, emailed, or any form other than a "hardcopy" Range Orientation Affidavit signed by an appropriate Club Representative, will not be accepted.
