The By-laws committee has proposed sweeping changes in the AGC's by-laws. The proposed new By-laws are currently undergoing review and comment by the AGC Trustees.
In the matter of corporate By-laws, great care must be taken as they not just legal documents; they form the rules by which a Corporation is governed. The Bylaws are binding and enduring rules of governance which transcend the tenure of individuals who hold office. They are the heart and soul of an organization. As such, By-laws must be legally sound, fair to all, and without bias, whether personal or political. They must be carefully considered to avoid and unintended consequences which may have a long term impact on the well-being of the Corporation.
By-Laws Committee:
Tom Wegemer.... .Greenbelt - Chairman Alan Doelp.......... Maryland Rifle Bill Perry.............Maryland Rifle Sam Bass..............Old Post Rob Cowan...........Arlington
AGC members should direct any questions regarding the proposed new By-laws to their Club officers or Trustees.

Robby Lepczyk Explains the Techniques of Fly Fishing
About Robby Lepcyk:
Robby was born and raised in northern Baltimore County fishing his local cold water and warm water fisheries, for brown trout, large and small mouth bass, as well as carp and shad. Robby has been fly fishing and shooting since he could walk, and tying flies since he was eleven. He has also traveled North America fishing and hunting, from Montana to the Yucatan, New Mexico to Nova Scotia and points in between.
Robby "eats, drinks and sleeps" fly fishing. You can ask him any questions and he's got the answer or at least an opinion.
