Multi-Gun Tactical Steel Shoot

On July 26, Greenbelt, Arlington, and Old Post will hold a Multi-Gun Tactical Steel Shoot on the 200-yard range from 9:00am-3:00pm. This event is open to current AGC Range Badge Holders only.

No  preregistration. Donation requested: $5.00

Rifle steel will be engaged between 75-100 yds.

Pistol steel will be engaged between 15-25 yds.

Shotgun with bird shot will engage cardboard target at 5-10 yds.

Restrictions:

Only .223 or 5.56 semi-auto rifle (AR type) will be used.

No AK rifles or pistols of any variant and/or Russian ammo chambered guns.

The reason for the restrictions are for safety and preservation of steel.  The RSO only has to glance at an AR to tell if it?s safe.

Tavor's are OK.

No Green tip or armor piercing ammo.

No magnum pistol rounds.

Minimum two rifle and two pistol mags.  Rifle and pistol mag holders and pistol holsters are not required but highly recommended. Fiddling for mags in pockets can be a safety issue as attention to gun handling gets a backseat.

#6 or smaller shot for shotgun due to the angles we will be shooting at the berm.

Safety Brief will be given at 0900 and to anyone walking onto the range late.

No one holsters or uncases firearms until the 0900 safety brief is given.
