Senator Brochin - New Gun Bill

Senator James Brochin, who reversed his position and supported SB 281, the most devastating attack on the rights of law-abiding citizens in Maryland history, said he believes that "more of our gun laws need to be focused on bad people with guns."

Is this a change of heart, or does Senator Brochin believe that good people with guns were not directly impacted by his vote in favor of SB 281?
