1st Touch Mobilises A2Dominion's Income Team To Help Tenants With Welfare Reforms Changes

Leading housing provider and property developer, A2Dominion has chosen 1st Touch mobile software to support its Income Collection teams and help tenants with Welfare Reforms changes.

A2Dominion is currently introducing new management processes to support the collection of income and help those who may be facing difficulties. 1st Touch mobile proved the best solution for A2Dominion to assist its Income Officers in the field.

Full integration with A2Dominion's Civica housing management system, and allowing the use of Android handsets due to being platform agnostic, 1st Touch mobile software ensures all Income Officers have all the information and forms they need at their fingertips when visiting tenants.

NEW Tenancy Self-Service Application Available From 1st Touch Mobile

Tenants can now report issues online for a wide range of services using the 1st Touch Tenancy Self-Service app. These services range from requesting repairs, reporting issues, arranging appointments or rent account queries, significantly reducing administration and call centre costs.

This customisable app integrates fully with any existing 1st Touch system and all back office systems and can be used on any device or platform; from Apple iPads to Android smartphones and Windows devices.

"By allowing tenants to sort out issues themselves 24/7 online and at their own convenience, it provides a better customer service experience for them whilst reducing costs for their social housing provider."
Robert Dent, CEO of 1st Touch
