A member of the London G15 group, award winning housing association AmicusHorizon has successfully reduced arrears, improved customer satisfaction and increased operative visits through their use of 1st Touch mobile software. 

 

The 1st Touch solution has allowed AmicusHorizon to deal with customer enquiries on the spot and enabled their officers to complete two further visits per day, benefiting both tenants and staff throughout the organisation.
