Aldwyck Drives Customer Self-Service and Mobile Working with 1st Touch 

 

Civica customer, Aldwyck Housing Group has recently initiated a number of new programmes that will make a real change to their customers and a major part of this strategy is the installation of 1st Touch software, notably the Tenancy Self-Service application, throughout their organisation. 

 

1st Touch integrates seamlessly with their Civica Housing Management system and also enables Aldwyck to use the software on multiple platforms and devices such as iPads and Android smartphones.
