Broadacres was looking for a scaleable, offline mobile solution to increase their levels of service. By introducing 1st Touch mobile software, they can now monitor and analyse operatives, saving time and money and in turn increasing the daily job volume. Broadacres covers a very large territory, including many rural areas, therefore needing a solution which would also work offline.
