West Lancashire District Council tenants reap significant benefits with 1st Touch mobile on iPads
1st Touch mobile technology has enabled officers at West Lancashire Borough Council to instantly access a wealth of information via their iPads, resulting in a significant increase in response time and higher efficiency levels.
Using mobile workforce applications, the Council is now able to immediately tackle issues and improve services to tenants and residents without waiting for staff to return to their offices.
