North Lincolnshire Homes utilise 1st Touch software on iPads

 

North Lincolnshire Homes, part of ongo, recently installed market leading 1st Touch software throughout their organisation with 41 tradesmen currently using the software on iPads.

 

Using 1st Touch on iPads has enabled North Lincolnshire Homes to significantly reduce time, costs and duplication, saving 80 man hours per month. This has resulted in improved speed of responses, more operatives out on the road completing more jobs which in turn has achieved a higher level of customer satisfaction.

1st Touch software available on multiple platforms
 

1st Touch successfully launched their software on multi-platform earlier this year and already have several clients who have made this productive change.
