... to our last newsletter for 2016. Slightly later than we had hoped, but we were waiting for a couple of toys to arrive, so they could be included. 

SHIPPING. Our last posting day will be December 23rd. For customers in the US and Canada, December 15th is supposed to be the last posting date for International Standard (formerly Airmail) and all International Tracking and Signature Services (formerly AirsureŽ and International Signed ForŽ), in order to reach you by Christmas. However we know that items can get held up by customs, so if you want to be absolutely sure, I would suggest you use UPS, which is a full courier service, and will only take 3 days. 

Please note that International Economy (formerly known as Surface Mail) comes by sea, and the last posting date for the US and Canada was 13th October. Yes, October!!
