United Way of Central Indiana passes transit funding resolution

This month, the United Way of Central Indiana became the 117th organization to pass a resolution of support for legislation to enable referenda on establishing a dedicated, local source of transit funding. UWCI president and CEO, Ellen K. Annala, contributed a wonderful article to the Indianapolis Business Journal explaining the organization's support for transit. You can read it here.

There's still time for your organization to pass a resolution of support for transit funding legislation. Go to http://www.cirta.us/pages/resolutions/ for a listing of passed resolutions, including a template resolution you can customize for your service club, congregation, company or board.
