Help Develop Emerging Leaders in Your Organization

This is not an NSP program, but NSP wishes to inform you of a program called The Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR), a comprehensive program designed to accelerate the development of nonprofit emerging leaders. It is an intensive program designed to build the capacity of emerging leaders to effect social change.

The program consists of: 1) A learning cohort of peer leaders who meet together, 2) Leadership coaching sessions to implement your individual professional development plan, 3) Envisioning, planning and executing a project to address a business challenge facing your nonprofit organization, 4) An expanded professional network.

LDR is entering its eighth year, having supported more than 140 rising leaders to grow their leadership skills and networks. Applications for the Hartford-area cohort are due by December 11. Click here to learn more
