Update

Could your Agency Benefit from an

Organizational Assessment?

If your nonprofit organization:

  • Is beginning a new planning process
  • Has recently undergone major organizational changes
  • Has new board or staff leadership
  • Needs to establish clear priorities

You may benefit from an Organizational Assessment.

Organizational Assessments provide a professionally facilitated governance-level review of your nonprofit, and bring key board and staff leadership together to develop a common understanding of important issues and priorities for future action.

Can Executive Coaching Help You with Your Leadership Challenges?

NSP offers  Technical Assistance Grants (TAGs) to fund executive coaching for executive directors/CEOs. Even the most seasoned executive directors have found that coaching is a useful tool to help them maximize their leadership skills, and resolve short and long term issues including working effectively with staff and board members.

Adrienne Cochrane (CEO of the Urban League of Greater Hartford) and Joel Rosenberg (Executive Director of AHM Youth and Family Services) share how executive coaching helped them to overcome challenges and be optimally effective as leaders. Click here to watch the video.
