Can Your Nonprofit Use an Organizational Assessment?
Check out what Pat Wrice, executive director of Operation Fuel, had to say about her recent Organizational Assessment. Watch the video >>
Organizational Assessments offer an excellent starting point for agencies anticipating change, starting a planning process or thinking about engaging in NSP's services. Through a facilitated conversation with board and senior staff, an expert consultant can help leaders gain a better understanding of their agency's current situation and think about organizational planning and change.

Is Your Strategic Plan Out of Date?
