Can Your Nonprofit Use an Organizational Assessment?

Check out what Pat Wrice, executive director of Operation Fuel, had to say about her recent Organizational Assessment. Watch the video >>

Organizational Assessments offer an excellent starting point for agencies anticipating change, starting a planning process or thinking about engaging in NSP's services. Through a facilitated conversation with board and senior staff, an expert consultant can help leaders gain a better understanding of their agency's current situation and think about organizational planning and change.

Is Your Strategic Plan Out of Date?

NSP provides Technical Assistance Grants (TAGs) to help you with organization-wide planning including strategic plans, fund development plans, and marketing plans. TAGs may also be used for board development, human resource systems and executive coaching.
