Eastlake High Community Reception
On Saturday, April 20th, 2013 the Cross-Cultural Center outreached to newly admitted UC San Diego students at Eastlake High School.  To the 36 students we got to speak with this weekend, CONGRATULATIONS!  Don't forget to SIR by May 1st and be on the lookout for housing and financial aid info from the university you choose to attend.
 
Please keep in touch with the folks as the Cross-Cultural Center, we look forward to seeing you and your families here, and supporting you in your undergraduate career.  Until then, end your senior year strong!

This film series will be in conjuction with "Out and Proud" week that is being hosted by the LGBT Resource Center. This film series focuses on the intersection of sexuality, race and gender as they are enacted through cinema and how the multiple intersections of blackness are deployed through film. The films featured are: "Finding Me 'Truth'", "The Skinny", and "Brother Outsider: 'The Life of Bayard Rustin'". View Flyer
