To Educate a Girl: Malala Yousafzai's Story

Sometimes, one person alone can spark societal reform. In the case of fourteen year old Malala Yousafzai, one young school girl's plight has sparked massive movements for reform within the nation of Pakistan. The story of Malala is one that is inspiring and pivotal to the role of women in the world today. Malala stood up to the seemingly formidable force that the Taliban have become in Pakistan - for rights of girls, of women, and the betterment of society. However, Pakistan and Pakistanis abroad are rent with pain in light of the recent targeted shooting of Malala Yousafzai. - Read More

"MONEY AND HONEY" Film Screening
