Teaching Diversity Conference Wrap Up

Over 120 presenters and 400 attendees participated in the first Teaching Diversity Conference at UCSD on January 27, 2011. Participants discussed how we teach students about power, privilege, and discrimination in conjunction with the Principles of Community. We invite you to come and share our conference experiences and possible new directions for addressing diversity at UCSD. The wrap up is also a prelude to the publication of the conference proceedings Teaching Diversity. |
