The CCC will be celebrating it's 16th year in the making! A night of community recognitions, music, art, and connections. Don't forget to nominate someone for recognition. In efforts to reconnect with our alum community, the CCC will be hosting a special "Community Alumni Pub Night" the night following the All Peeps celebration. If you are a community alum, we want to see you and check in with you! So please jot the Friday, May 20 4-7pm down in your planners and come hang with us. Teaching Diversity Conference Wrap Up

Over 120 presenters and 400 attendees participated in the first Teaching Diversity Conference at UCSD on January 27, 2011. Participants discussed how we teach students about power, privilege, and discrimination in conjunction with the Principles of Community. We invite you to come and share our conference experiences and possible new directions for addressing diversity at UCSD. The wrap up is also a prelude to the publication of the conference proceedings Teaching Diversity.
