Alert: UpNest website may be displaying your information without permission
It has come to our attention that a company named UpNest is taking information about GRAR members (name, images, and company affiliation) from webpages owned by the individuals and/or their companies and reproducing it on its website www.upnest.com.  UpNest invites consumers to search its "Partner Agents" by name or location, then displays the resulting agents who meet the search criteria.  The majority of the agents listed by UpNest as "Partner Agents" are not "Partners" with UpNest and have not claimed their UpNest profile or entered into any business relationship with UpNest.

In addition, when we reviewed the UpNest's website, we discovered that much of the information on the website was incorrect.  For example, GRAR members are listed as being affiliated with one company, when they are actually affiliated with a different company.

GRAR has written to UpNest, identifying the issues and demanding that it correct its information.  However, GRAR has no right to specifically enforce any claims against UpNest; those rights belong to the members individually.  Therefore, we encourage you to check your information on the UpNest website and contact UpNest with any specific corrections you need.

Reminder: Read Private Remarks
Please be sure to read the private remarks and attachments in full for important showing information BEFORE arranging an appointment. This will decrease frustration on both your behalf and that of the listing office.
Vital information is at your fingertips without having to contact the listing agent - who may not be available at a moments notice.
As always, please be respectful and courteous. Remember to leave properties as you found them with doors and windows properly secured and locked.
Thank you!
