GRAR Delinquent Dues Notice
If you have not yet paid at least the local portion of your GRAR dues, a $50.00 late fee has been assessed to your account.
In accordance with the GRAR Constitution & By-laws, if your Local dues and late fee are not paid by Monday, July 18th (4:30 p.m.), let this serve as notice that at that time your membership will be suspended including access to the MLS (if applicable).
In the event that your membership is suspended, there will be a $100.00 fee to re-activate your MLS access (in addition to the $50.00 late fee). If suspended, your 'A-Active' and/or 'C-Continue to show, Under Contract' status listings will be transferred to your broker so he or she may update them as needed.

MATRIX CUTOVER
Scheduled for September 7
The new planned date for our cutover to Matrix will be September 7. At this time, we recommend that you use Matrix for everything except for Add/Edit so you will be fully comfortable when the time comes. We'll keep you posted. See the Matrix News page for more.
