We received the following bylaws from the Georgetown Common Homeowners Association, along with a request to share with our members doing business in the area. We are passing this along as a courtesy.

There is a new section included that discusses owner/non-owner occupancy and under what circumstances a unit may be rented. This information may be of interest to you if you have a client considering purchasing a unit here.
