As you know, the New York State Alliance of MLS's announced a new timeline for our Matrix cut-over back in May. This decision was based on reviewing the progress of the membership accessing the updated system including back office and website vendors.  At that time it was announced that the new planned date for our cutover to Matrix will be after July 5th. We are expecting to announce a firm conversion date later in the summer for the actual conversion.  Click here for a guide to the transition in a phased approach. (including IDX and websites)

At this time, we recommend that you use Matrix for everything except for Add/Edit so they will be fully comfortable when the time comes.

 GRAR will be closed on Monday, July 4 for Independence Day.
The Tech Helpline and AnswerLink will also be closed for the holiday.  Both are available during regular hours on the weekend prior to the holiday.
