'Divided Dues & Fees' option payment dates:
GRAR Local on July 1, MLS fee on September 7 and NAR/NYSAR dues on November 1
Hard-copy invoices will NOT be mailed.

The site design is modern, user-friendly, and features Plain Language Search (similar to Google or other browser searching). The mobile version is also clean and very easy to use.
Users can create accounts to the site that allows them to track their favorite listings.
