April 4 - May 17:  Parallel Period
Beginning April 4, we begin the cutover process to Matrix.  Matrix will be available to view as of April 4 and training will begin.  (More about training below.)  Adding and editing listings will still take place in MLX/Fusion through May 17.
HELLO! Matrix
May 18: Matrix is the MLS system
Starting May 18, new listings will be entered in Matrix. Fusion/MLX will be available to search only for about 30 more days and will then be deactivated.

Some Things About Matrix
Mobile Use & Browser Compatibility
You will be able to use any device to access Matrix and any browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. 
  • Tablets will default to the desktop version of Matrix
  • Smartphones will default to the mobile version
  • On either, you can switch to the other version
Saved Searches & Contacts
All of your saved searches and contacts from Fusion/MLXchange will be transferred over to Matix automatically on April 4.  NO need to re-enter anything!  Watch for more details about your automated emails.  You will reactivate them when you are ready to do so in Matrix.

How to Access Matrix
Access Matrix via the MLS Portal. The Matrix icon will be visible on the portal as of April 4th.
The portal address is  http://portal.mynysmls.com
What about Training?
There will be several training options, times, and locations. We will assign you to a training session and send you a confirmation email.  This email will include a link to access if you'd like to change sessions or opt out.  Recorded webinars will be made available, as well.  In addition, there is help available right in Matrix.
