Check out our new Matrix News page on Grar.org if you have any questions about our upcoming MLS conversion. Here you will find all of our Matrix announcements to date and other information to best handle the conversion.

Important dates are as follows:
  • April 4 - May 17: Parallel Period
    • During the Parallel Period, you will have access to both MLX/Fusion and Matrix for searching and daily use.  New listings will continue to be created in MLX/Fusion throughout this transition period.
    • IDX/Website vendors will also be able to use this time to adjust data feeds for your website and apps.
    • Training will take place during this time around Rochester and some satellite locations including Batavia, Canandaigua, Geneseo, Penn Yan, Hornell and Newark.  Watch your email for details.
  • May 18: Final Conversion to Matrix
    • Listing input will take place in Matrix only.
    • MLX/Fusion will remain searchable (read-only) for about 30 days before being turned off.

HOMELIGHTTry the Realist Mobile app from your iPhone or Android Smart-Phone
To get started, you must first log into Realist (from MLX or Fusion) and register (then create a password) or the app won't work. To register, access Realist on your desktop/PC and click the "Realist Mobile" link in the upper right corner of the screen.

ARTICLE2Instanet Upgraded
Great news for all of you that have been asking for a text markup tool for Instanet Forms. You will now be able to use markup tools to markup text within the Instanet Forms editor. 

The markup tools include text strike-out, a highlighter, text typing, etc. Please check out this video to see the new markup tools in action. The tool allows for markup anywhere on a form and enables users to mark-up the boilerplate of a form with obvious changes, only. It does not allow users to easily edit the boilerplate text in a way that is not obvious to a reader of a form.

NEWLOOKTOOLSNew Version of Instanet: Where are my Templates?
For the New Transaction Desk (Instanet / DocBox / Authentisign) -- if you had things such as Templates, set up in the old system and aren't seeing them on the new system -- Go to Settings (the 3 Gears on the left side menu), then select Data Migration. You'll see a bunch of options available to you.

Haven't tried the new version yet?  Just login to Instanet and click on the link up top to try the new version and to activate your new account. There is nothing else to do.  Need to go back to the old version?  Go to Settings and then scroll down and click on 'Return to Previous Version of DocBox".
