*** ETHICS REQUIREMENT ***
UPDATED NOTICE
Greetings!

According to our records you have not completed the required Code of Ethics Training which must be done by December 31, 2016 as a duty of membership with the National Association of REALTORSŪ. If you do not complete this requirement by the above date, your membership will be suspended per the Association's By-Laws; mandated by the Constitution of the National Association of REALTORSŪ.

Article V, Sections 4 & 5 of the By-Laws regarding Code of Ethics Orientation/Training, states, within ninety (90) days of the date of application for membership, and for successive four (4)-year periods thereafter, each REALTORŪ member of the Association (with the exception of REALTORŪ members granted REALTORŪ Emeritus status by the National Association) shall be required to complete quadrennial ethics training of not less than two (2) hours and thirty (30) minutes of instructional time.

If you have taken this course with another organization we require proof submitted to our office before the above deadline. Please scan and send to
GRARHelpDesk@grar.net.

At this time you are still able to satisfy this requirement by completing the Code of Ethics course which is available to you at no charge online through Realtor.org at
http://www.realtor.org/code-of-ethics/training. This course fulfills the NAR requirement, but does not have any CE attached to it.

You may also visit GRAR.org for on-site class options or Online School | GRAR for on-line options available through our partners at the CE Shop or HONDROS. Both on-site classes and on-line classes have CE credit attached to the Code of Ethics courses. You will be able to avoid the suspension process and any loss of membership privileges including use of the REALTORŪ trademark if you take advantage of these opportunities to complete your requirement before the end of the year. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need any assistance, so we may help you keep your membership in good standing.
Sincerely,
Ruth Rosenberg
