PAY STATE & NATIONAL DUES BY NOVEMBER 2 TO AVOID $50 LATE FEE
GRAR Members who have not yet paid the NYSAR/NAR portion of their membership dues ($245 Please make checks payable to GRAR) must do so by 4:30 PM November 2 to avoid a $50 late fee.
Pay online by visiting the Membership Director Online Payment System on Grar.org, or by clicking on Pay Dues in the MLS PORTAL
AUTOPAY SUBSCRIBERS: The fees will be processed on Wed., October 28.
BENECARE MEDICAL INSURANCE INFO SESSIONS Presentations have been scheduled to provide you with a thorough overview of the 2016 health insurance landscape, how it impacts you, and information/guidance needed to make the best decisions for you and your family for the upcoming plan year. The meeting schedule and topics are outlined below. Please make sure that you attend one of these sessions. These will be the only sessions scheduled. All sessions are held at GRAR, unless otherwise indicated.

Industry Advocacy

THANK YOU FOR TAKING ACTION TO STOP PATENT TROLLS! More than 152,000 REALTORSŪ-16 percent of all members-responded to the REALTORŪ Party's most recent Call for Action, asking Congress to stop patent trolls and protect our industry from frivolous lawsuits. Thirty states and two territories broke through the 20 percent mark! This has been one of the most successful Calls for Action in NAR history.
NYS TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR FORECLOSURE PREVENTION Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced that New York State will be providing $11.5 million in funding to support counseling and legal services that provide free assistance to families who are at risk of foreclosure. Read more here.
