Article1Update on MLS Photos and Attachments
The MLS (MLXchange and Fusion) does not have a minimum or maximum size for photos. Rather, the MLS will scale photos up or down to fit within the allotted space on reports. The maximum size that the MLS can currently display a photo is 640 x 480 (depending on the report). There is no need to have a photo larger than this, but it is not a restriction.  Coming soon, the MLS will be able to show photos up to 800 x 600. If you wish your current images to be able to viewed larger, they will need to be reattached to the listing after September 30 and they will be saved as a larger file. 

Article3Supra Web Updates
The following changes were implemented for SupraWEB:
  • The Listing Inventory page in SupraWEB contains a new Listing Details icon. Clicking on the icon displays the Listing Details screen where you can set showing notifications for a particular listing.
  • The Listing Details screen contains some new text at the bottom of the screen to easily set up showing notices for individual keyboxes.
  • In Settings, the General Email screen contains some minor text changes.
  • The battery levels of keyboxes are now correctly reported in SupraWEB.
  • SupraWEB accepts more email domains including realtor.com.
  • A bug was fixed where duplicate showing emails were incorrectly sent.

Article2eKEY App Now Available for iOS9
The new Supra eKEY app, version 2.2.1, is now available at the Apple® App Store and Google Play.
This new version of eKEY is compatible with the new Apple iOS 9 operating system.
This version of eKEY may prompt you for information related to the new end of showing notification feature scheduled for release later this year. You may notice the following differences as you use the eKEY application:
  • For Apple device users, if Location Services is not enabled for eKEY, you will be prompted to do so when you open the eKEY app.
  • Approximately 30 minutes after performing an Obtain Key the eKEY app may display a "Showing Ended?" prompt with the option to select yes or no.

This prompt only appears when the system cannot automatically detect the showing has ended.


If you are not an eKey subscriber, why not?  Before you pay your semi-annual active key invoice, why not consider using your cell phone to access lockboxes?  The annual savings is approximately $50.  If interested, please contact GRAR Member Services at 585-292-5000.
