2015 GRAR REALTOR� of the Year and Fran Henty Awards

Nominations for 2015 REALTOR� of the Year and Fran Henty "Golden Rule" candidates are now being accepted. They should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, August 21, 2015. Send your completed nominations to Diane Russi. Nominations without the appropriate forms will not be accepted.

MILLENIAL POLL
Millennials prefer walking, biking, and public transportation over driving, according to a new poll conducted by the National Association of REALTORS� and the Transportation Research and Education Center at Portland State University.

REPORT: OWNERSHIP OF REAL ESTATE"S FUTURE 

The California Association of REALTORS�' Center for California Real Estate recently released an executive report, "Data-Sharing Dilemmas: Ownership of Real Estate's Future." The findings suggest that Project Upstream, a nationwide listing data-entry system that could be used by all brokers as the point for creating and editing listing data, has to strike the right balance between being done right and being done quickly.

The National Association of REALTORS joined more than 1,500 national, state and local organizations and municipalities in a letter to Congressional leaders urging increased funding for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. Click here to read more.
