CONTACTINFOImportant Notice: Windows 10 Upgrade for MLX and Fusion
On July 29, Microsoft plans to release Windows 10 as a free upgrade to its operating system.  This Windows upgrade will include Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), which is the same version of Internet Explorer included with Windows 8 and is compatible with all current versions of Fusion and MLXchange. Users will not have issues if they upgrade to Windows 10 and continue to use IE11.
Windows 10 also includes a brand-new browser called "Edge" (code named "Spartan").
  • Users can access Fusion with the new Edge browser but may encounter some issues. Testing with pre-release versions of the new Edge browser indicate that most issues are not critical in nature, but CoreLogic is committed to updating Fusion in the coming weeks in order to maintain maximum browser compatibility.
  • Users cannot access MLXchange with the new Edge browser.  Those applications work only with Internet Explorer.
Please note that users are not required to use the new Edge browser.  All Fusion and MLXchange customers can continue to access those systems with the IE11 browser included in the Windows 10 upgrade.  Customers should encourage their members to continue using the IE11 browser until CoreLogic has confirmed full compatibility with the Edge browser.  That announcement will not occur before Microsoft's July 29 Windows 10 release date, but again this will not affect you if you continue using the IE11 browser

SupraInstanet Tweaks
You may have noticed that Instanet Solutions has made some great changes this month  to how signers and reviewers access signings, to make it easier, faster and more intuitive.

Here are the change highlights:
1.    Users no longer need to create a password or login before signing.
2.    We've made it easier for them to choose between using a system signature font or creating their own signature.
3.    They no longer need to check the boxes to accept the system's disclosures, TOS, EULA, etc.
4.    If they do want to create an account, they can do so at the end of the signing or reviewing process.

You can check out the videos below to see for yourself. Or, create a signing and make yourself a signer to try it out.
They also posting these videos on a landing page for you to see when you login or take a peek at them now:

ARTICLE2No Sharing MLS Logins or Lockbox Keys!
Being kind is one thing but sharing your MLS login credentials or lockbox key could result in large fines.  Our MLS Rules say:
"24. Password(s):
Passwords are for the use of individual MLS members only. Any authorized user shall not give out their password(s) to any other participant or non-participant, unless authorized by the MLS."

Rule 25 goes into detail on sharing lockbox keys:
"25. Key Holder's Obligations:
1) Lock Box Keys are for the use of individual MLS members only. Members found to have given their key to other members/persons will be considered in violation of this Rule. The fine for the unauthorized use of a Key is $1,000.
2) Key holders have an obligation of immediately reporting lost, stolen or unaccountable keys to the Association. Upon receipt of notice, the Association shall take any steps deemed necessary to re-secure the system.

In short, don't share your MLS access or key with your clients, neighbors, the public, other Subscribers or even your spouse / significant other. The fines for sharing your login credentials or lockbox key are $1000 each.  If you need to subscribe for a key, please contact [email protected] or stop by GRAR.
