Next MLS System: Matrix Update

As previously announced, the New York State Alliance of MLS's is getting ready to begin the implementation process to migrate to our next generation MLS system. Our team is starting work soon in anticipation of delivering a new MLS system in early 2016. We are again asking for input from our members about any field changes or report changes we would like to see in the new Matrix system. Matrix, from CoreLogic, has been very well received in many large MLS's and is known to be extremely fast and works with virtually all computer operating systems, web browsers, and mobile devices.
Stay tuned for more as we know more.
Please send any field or report suggestions to GRARHelpDesk@grar.net as soon as possible (no later than July 25) to be considered for our Matrix system.

Forbes: Google Releases 'Undo Send' Option

Forbes magazine reports that Google has released an "undo send" option for Gmail which enables users to recall sent e-mails within 30 seconds of it being sent. Read more here

Tech Tuesday: Extended Authentisign Summer Workshops

You may or may not know that Tech Tuesday sessions are provided free of charge and are available as a result of our Tech Committee wanting to make sure our members get the opportunity to be exposed to the various technology that is available to them in a relaxed environment. We keep getting requests for more AuthentiSign assistance so for the next two sessions, we are covering it again in a different way.

The July 7 and August 4th, 2015 sessions will again focus on AuthentiSign by popular request. This time we'll do extended hands on sessions focusing on including ALL parties in your transaction/signing. Haven't tried it yet or have questions about using AuthentiSign to get your deals done using e-signatures? Why not join Tech Committee members Andy Kachaylo, Mike O'Connor, Sylvia Ryndock, Martha Vega and Joanne Wells for a hands on practice session/walk through and discussion on the product?? The July Session is full! August will be a repeat session for those who missed out on July.
