2015 -16 Dues Billing Info

It is time to renew your annual GRAR membership. Click here to pay now and/or to setup/edit your Auto-Pay settings.  Note - if you signed up for auto-pay last year, you are still signed up for that service.  Invoices are also available by clicking on the 'Pay Dues' button in your MLS Portal or by logging into the Membership On-line Payment System (click here) on GRAR.org. As usual, we mailed each member a yellow postcard with all due dates last week to your preferred mailing address and hard-copy invoices will NOT be mailed.

Three payment options!

1. Auto-Pay 'Divided Dues & Fees' option -
  1. Log into GRAR.org or select the 'Pay Dues' button on the MLS portal, to sign-up &/or update your credit card info on file in the 'Auto-Pay Setup' section.
  2. With Auto-Pay, your GRAR dues, GENRIS MLS fee, State & National Dues (if applicable) will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card on the following dates:
    GRAR Local on June 29, MLS fee on September 8 and NAR/NYSAR dues on October 28
  3. Note - Your RPAC contribution is not part of auto-pay. Visit Grar.org to make your contribution.
2. You pay 'Divided Dues & Fees' option -
    1. Take advantage of three (3) payment deadlines with a portion of your dues and fees due on
      July 1, Sept 10 & Nov 2.
    2. Pay the GRAR (local) dues (click here) amount by July 1 to avoid a late fee.
    3. Check and include the RPAC invoice to make your contribution to RPAC if you like.
3. You pay-'In-Full' option -
  1. Due by July 1, 2015.
  2. Pay with credit card (click here) or if paying by check, 2 checks are required:
    • Check #1 payable to GENRIS for the MLS fee and
    1. Check #2 payable to GRAR for your respective Local, NAR & NYSAR dues.
    2. You may include an RPAC contribution in your GRAR check/payment, if you wish.

RPAC FAQs

1. What is RPAC?
RPAC is the REALTORS Political Action Committee which works to protect your interests including enacting pro-REALTORŪ & pro-home ownership laws.

2. Can I pay more/less than $52?
Yes, on GRAR.org, you can choose the amount you wish to contribute or pay the $52 invoiced amount
(equals one dollar per week). Questions? Call GRAR.
