ActiveKEY Subscribers Can $ave and New Supra Feature in the MLS Portal
ActiveKEY Subscribers Can $ave
Did you know that GENRIS negotiated a price decrease with Supra for using a smart phone to open electronic lock boxes (called eKEY Service) so it is less expensive than leasing an ActiveKEY?  Tons of members have converted to eKEY Basic this past year. Check www.grar.org/MLS/managelockboxes.html for current rates (annual savings approximately $52, including tax). ActiveKEY holders may upgrade to eKEY at any time by contacting GRAR Member Services.  They need to bring their Active Key, charging cable and a credit card to initiate eKEY service whether upgrading or subscribing for the first time and should download the app ahead of time (see below). eKEYs are billed via monthly credit card charge (as opposed to an invoice every 6 months for the ActiveKEY).   A fob is needed for some older phones/tablets (see attachment for details). Fobs may be purchased for $54.95 including tax via credit card, check or cash.      

When upgrading to eKEY, save time before coming in by downloading the eKEY 'app' before coming in. To download the 'app':
o   IOS: Select the 'App Store' icon, select Search and search for Supra eKEY, select the app, & tap Install.
o   Android: Select 'Market, Play Store, or 'Google Play' icon, select Search and search for Supra eKEY, select the app, & tap Install.
o   BlackBerry: Select 'App World' icon, select Search and search for Supra eKEY, select the app & tap Install.
Note: Older Blackberry's need to open the internet browser, type www.ekeymobile.com and download the app.

New Supra Feature in MLS Portal
When in the MLS Portal, members that are Supra subscribers are passed right into your Supra Account by clicking on the Supra button. The user has to log in with his or her key serial number, PIN and pick the right site which is NY- Genesee Region REIS. Then it should remember who you are and pass you through from them on.

Have you tried Instanet and AuthentiSign yet?  If not, our best advice is to find a 'buddy' in your office and send a practice purchase offer back and forth to get the hang of it.     So far in 2014, the number of AuthentiSign transactions in our system has increased over 250% from all of 2013, which says a lot.
